The Opportunity:

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Maintenance & Reliability Department, promoting a culture of continuous learning and safety improvement
- Supervise plant maintenance personnel, including planners, coordinators, and engineers
- Implement and manage a reliability program to minimize unplanned maintenance and production outages
- Collaborate with supply chain and operations teams to meet customer needs efficiently
- Plan, coordinate, and prioritize maintenance activities to ensure high reliability at optimal cost
- Oversee employee training, equipment management, and safety procedures
- Maintain and utilize a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related technical field (BSME preferred)
- 3+ years of manufacturing maintenance experience in roofing or similar continuous process manufacturing
- 5+ years of supervisory leadership experience
- Expertise in reliability-centered maintenance strategies and world-class practices
- Strong financial acumen and ability to optimize plant performance metrics
- Experience with process equipment repair and maintenance
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
